Booming number of applications from Ukraine, Belarus, Serbia, Armenia, Romania proved that for these countries the Baltics can serve as a good gate-way to Europe, but interestingly enough countries further West or North also were more active in applications probably indicating awareness for both tech-savvy environment in the Baltics, as well as an accelerator focusing specifically on B2B startup acceleration. First time ever there are Italian, Turkish and Moldovan startups in the batch. Latvians and Belarusians had done the best in selection process – 2 startups from each country.
