Understanding the problem being solved to develop and sell the product

Product, Execution and Sales
Week 4: Product development and effective planning
Making sure the product is going to be kick-ass, unique and something its customers want.
Week 5: Focus and Execution
How to stay on top of the game and push the startup to the next level? Be ready for the next crisis.
Week 6: Sales and Team Basics
Sales, marketing, and branding; Sales funnel: who and how to reach out
Module 3
Fundraising, Investors and Legal
Week 7: Your company and your investors
Robust company communication. Finances and metrics. How to choose potential investors and talk.
Week 8: Legal Basics
Where to register the business. Understanding the basics of GDPR and IP, or how to avoid lawyers.

And when you think it’s all over… it has only just started. Once you have completed the program we don’t stop working together…
