They joined the Startup Wise Guys Fintech acceleration program in 2020 which accelerated their growth and facilitated their expansion in new markets.
The founders
Cofounders Liudas Kanapienis and Andrej Vistorskij met each other in Lithuania whilst they were working on various fintech projects. They observed first-hand how ineffective existing KYC compliance systems were and knew that they had the expertise to create something better.
Ondato was their brainchild and it is now leading in the regtech markets, facilitating compliance and security for financial institutions and beyond.
Don’t “do things properly”.
What I mean is the sense that you shouldn’t follow some prescribed guidelines just because everyone else is doing it. That is not how anyone ever created a disruptive business.
What’s on the horizon for Ondato?
They are continuously striving to develop and improve their Ondato OS System and platform. One way they want to do this is by exploring and strengthening the risk-flexibility of their platform.
