Meet the Teams from the Second Edition of the Growth Ukraine Program
We are excited to announce the launch of the second edition of our inaugural – Startup Wise Guys Growth Ukraine program – which runs in partnership with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and is supported by Taiwan Business-EBRD Technical Cooperation Fund.
The second cohort consists of six ambitious Ukrainian teams set to go through a four-month growth program. During the program, they will acquire the necessary skills to enhance sales and prepare for expansion into the European market, along with strategies for effective fundraising.
The six startups are already working closely with international mentors, industry experts, Startup Wise Guys General Partners and Portfolio founders. The program will feature different networking events, and culminate in a graduation ceremony in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Meet the startups from the second cohort of the Growth Ukraine Program:

BazaIT – is an IT recruitment platform. Vacancies in IT companies, clear feedback, and a supportive community.
Effy AI – is an AI-powered employee performance review and 360 feedback tool for teams and SMBs.
IntelSwift – is a limitless no-code AI integration for businesses, including predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, data insights, and AI chatbots.
Knopka – is an advanced call system for hospitals and care homes. Notifies nurses and helps them respond immediately
Tur.ai – is a tool to power your business processes with AI Automation. Tailored to your organisation’s context. Deployed simply, scaled effectively.
Why Ukraine, why now?
Over the past decade, Ukraine’s digital startups have shown remarkable resilience, even in the face of the ongoing war. The “Growth Ukraine Program” runs in partnership with EBRD, offers support to Ukrainian startups and forms part of the EBRD’s work in helping the post-war recovery in Ukraine. The program is unique in that it is equity-free, tailored for expansion strategies, and provides European exposure for Ukrainian companies. This initiative is exceptional as it’s one of the first to offer significant, no-fee, in-kind support to mature startups in the region.

The program is managed by Mariia Tintul – our esteemed Head of Business Development. Since day one of the war, Mariia with 9 years of business and sales experience, has actively participated in many initiatives supporting Ukrainian startups. She has been an incredible mentor in various programs and managed our inaugural Extended Reality batch back in 2022, showcasing her leadership skills and knowledge.
